Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor, who was renowned for playing a wide range of roles in films as well as television and the stage. She won numerous accolades including the Daytime Emmy Award for her acting in theater and television. Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor who was born on May 25th 1969. Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She is an American Actress. She is most well-known for her portrayal of Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She is the daughter of the actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was an actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart's professional career started very young. She acted in her first film in the age of four when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. It was nominated as an Oscar Award for the short film. The mother and daughter sat down for much of their time while filming, gaining knowledge about the business. Lockhart was even a part of several scenes of Lassie. Her first movie is Dora in Jory in 1972. When she was 18, she appeared as one of the daughters Joan Crawford in 1972 television series The Sixth Sense. Joan was the last actress to appear in the series The Sixth Sense. A popular rumor is that Anne turned down the role as Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's 1978 thriller Halloween which was later played by Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter states that the actress declined his invitation to be Laurie Strode. Anne isn't sure if she remembers John Carpenter contacting her or suggesting the role. Agents could have rejected the role in her name and not even known. Glen Larson initially selected her to play the character of Battlestar Galactica in 1978. He sent a rough script. In the beginning, she didn't like the part because it was too weak. Glen then wrote a script to her, which featured an extremely strong character named Sheba. After she read the first 25 pages of the script The Living Legend she accepted immediately. The show lasted just one season. The actress was in Joyride the 1977 film co-starring Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) and with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she appeared in a co-production with Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
